Has any one tried Barlox 12 as a replacement for Ammonyx lo? It is made by Lonza Corp. Ammonyx lo is a Stepan product. I read on the forum where someone tried a generic of ammonyx and was unhappy with it.

The Apple Butter (Myrystamine Oxide) is better then Ammonyx LO. It takes far less, and seems to improve cleaning vs the Ammonyx LO
Isn't Borlax a brand name for lauramine oxide or another amine oxide?? If not I have not used it. When I get done with my barrel of Lauramine (mines called super suds I think lol) I will get some Myrystamine Oxide
I have to dig up the patent I found at one time, there are a lot out there utalizing Amine oxides. The patent I found had zero drip tests at various dilutions in spraying systems. Will try to link it soon.

Same results for me too. It is three times as thick, and does not cost three times as much. 5 gallons of M.O. will last you as long as 15 gallons of A.O., which saves you money on shipping.
I am going to use Myristamine Oxide for now on and it will replace Ammonyx Lo.
