More before, during and after pics of Northern Virginia roof cleaning by American-ProTech.  This particular home belongs to a very well known Property Manager in the area.  He had tried off-the-shelf 'solutions' to no avail.  One call to American-ProTech is all it took.   Note that the 'after'picture was taken immediately after the roof was restored - no rain yet and it looks great!

The owner of this pretty Northern Virginia home lives in my own subdivision and decided to take action and have his roof cleaned before it got really bad.  Although not visible in the pictures, a very large dormer had roof algae in addition to the garage.  The home owner teaches at a local High School.  He teaches HTML/web development and SEO - so this has worked out very well for both of us as we simply traded professional services.  aww

I didn't get an 'after' picture but hope to have one to post soon.
