This particular Northern Virginia home is located in Manassas and the roof cleaning occurred last weekend.   The homeowner is on the Board of Directors for his HOA AND he had a quote in hand from a local roofing company for a replacement roof.  Cost - $5k.

American-ProTech's roof cleaning services are FAR more affordable than that  biggrin

Needless to say the home owner was very happy, and saved a whole bunch of money.
