Usually it is the words roof cleaning Ron. My research indicates few are searching for roof washing. If you want Pro Power Wash to rank well for roof cleaning, a seperate page on your web site dedicated to roof cleaning is best, or an entirely seperate NEW website dedicated only to roof cleaning.

I truely believe that if you concentrate solely on keywords, you sometimes get too wrapped up in them and miss out on other key phrases that people look for. There is a whole progression people go through especially when they are looking for roof cleaning. Most of my customers research it to find out what it is and then they find out if it can be removed. The next progression is to find a roof cleaner in their area. There are a ton of different keywords for each part of that process and you could have your site or blog come up at any point during this research process. Sometimes it is better just to write about quality, unique content and you will see that the keywords will present themselves during your writing.
I say that as I just posted about 10 advertisement posts on here with photos and loaded with keywords, but in general I do believe in making sure you are just using quality content. I try to stick with that in my blogs and web site as much as possible.

This is why a roof cleaning blog is such a good idea. You can target keyword strings in every new blog post, w/o diluting keyword density of your main website.
Don't worry about keywords but rather then your site name, description and meta tags. Google and Yahoo no longer cares about keywords really. They count only your content and if it's yours and yours only.
As far as ranking make sure you're on a quick server, your site ip is not black listed by a older site that mite of had it.
