Have you ever wondered how to get lists of Condo Association Contact information?

Think about this:  Most Condo's have a swimming pool.  The swimming pool is regulated by the state.  Every state has an agency that inspects the pools.  Becuase the pools are used by many individuals, the pools are considered public.

Ask your state for a list of the public swimming pools including the contact information for the responsible party that takes care of the pool.  Sometimes you may get the pool company's contact information and the condo association's contact information, the management group's contact information or an individual that owns the property.  Whatever information you are able to get, the chances are great that you can market roof cleaning to someone that is in charge of making decisions for the property.  You can usually get them by paying a small copy fee or fee for a request for public records.  Most states will provide a digital copy or paper copy.  You can request information by county or census.

With this list, you can send mailers out or stop by the property or management company and market roof cleaning to them.  It is a great way to easily receive a list of possible roof cleaning customers!
