Can the general public see this latest round of squabbles? Or is this happening in a protected area of the forum? If so, its really embarrassing!!!!! I'm not really sure, since my browser automatically logs me in.

It shouldn't be deleted or hidden. Customers and contractors should know the people they are dealing with. If you don't want customers to see bad things you say, don't say bad things.

It should have been "in the shade" So we could see it, but not everyone in cyberspace. IMO

There are two "schools of thoughts" on this question Ray. One says hide anything that makes us look less then perfect. Another says real people sometimes have disagreements, and this makes us look like the real people we are.
Some forums are severely moderated, and read like one big informercial, they look phoney IMHO. This one is not highly censored. I agree with Scott from Confident Roof Cleaning. If you dont want people reading what you post, don't post it.
I can see both schools, Chris. I actually really like this set-up and open sharing. It alerted me to a contractor in my local area who talked a good game, but turned out to be someone who had some "less than desirable traits" which I learned here. It likely saved me a lot of $$$ in both referrals and equipment purchases.
On the other hand, sometimes the public squabbling makes up look like a bunch of hacks. I'm just not sure where I stand yet. Probably just venting more than anything.
I did show some support today by placing an order for unneeded products from PWP. I hope vendors will bring plenty of "cash and carry" items to the trade show. Up here, we don't really have any suppliers, and I hate paying shipping on heavy liquids.

This is where I disagree Scott, people make mistakes.
We all have done it, funny how the perception at the start was painted another way. Then the truth surfaces, the problem is the damage to the innocent person is already done.
Most of these nuckle heads do this on the net.
They listen to lies off line and like fools they go do the liars bidding. We have seen this a 1000 times.
Its like a play book and we see it coming because we have been around too long.
The problem is that it causes hard feelings and separates people. This is not good for the community or the customers.
I don't want to see anyone get there personal business hurt. Reguardless of the things I have been through with PWP I will survive and so will they.
Lori now will have to make sure she keeps every promise or it will surface. So indirectly what has happened will make her better.
Poeple we hope learn from there mistakes reguardless if they ever admit them. Thats the reality is the bottom line.
If people believe in me or not I truly do not care, those who do will prosper from my freindship. I'am a giving person and get dumped on all the time, for one dumper I have 100's that have thanked me.
If I only change one man or womens life, this is what makes it all worth the fight.

I agree with Ron. People all make mistakes. I am very guarded about what I post online. A lot of my customers find my business one way or another by searching online. A short time ago, I posted what might be my most unprofessional post ever. I did it in my own state certified roof cleaning section. I had a real bad day and went overboard in a reply I made to something Clyde posted in a thread that I started to "advertise" my business.
I kept looking at my reply and decided that I didn't want my customers or peers to see me in that light. That is not who I am. I am one of the most easy going people out there. I don't get angry about silly things. As a result, I decided I was going to delete the post that I made. I did that because that was the professional thing to do and it bothered me reading the anger that was inside of me at that moment.
Clyde obviously replied to my rant and quoted what I said. I couldn't deleted it after he quoted it. I had to ask Chris to delete the section of Clyde's post that contained my rant. I didn't care about anything else. I just didn't want people getting the wrong impression of who I am from a RARE moment of weakness.
