Can you see what the size is? It looks like a 12" cause of the handle to do vertical work

I was buying local company I been talking to jerry over the weekend I like the guy was showing me few things could do to my pump to make it last. Plus local vender pretty much talked bad about another local vender that turns me off. For equipment looks like Jerry going to get some of my business and PWP is going to get the other half.
