I have a roof to do, but the side of the house has green mold and black fungus. The stucco is lite tan in color. Could I spray the side of the house with a lighter SH solution after I do the roof? The side of the house is just as ugly as the roof

If you are going to spot touch one side only use a diluted solution of your roof clenaig mix (SH & water only). I you use a roof cleaning concentration that one side of the house is going to be a lighter color than the rest.
i did a stucco house about two weeks ago. 3 sides were vinyl and the front and a small retaining wall were stucco. i was curious because i really wanted to make the guys house look good all the way around. i used my housewash mixture on it. it worked very well. made a huge difference, i even cleaned the stone caps under the windows. he was impressed.

Before you use even a watered down mixture on the walls check for 2 things.
1. Cracks. if they have any noticeable stucco cracks don't wet down those walls until you point that out to the customer and he either has you repair them or signs a waiver. Not sure about where you are but around here most stucco is cracked and water penetration behind stucco is a really bad thing.
2. Chalk. The more the paint is chalking the more noticeable it will be when you spray the solution. If you miss a spot you'll know it. The solution will eat the chalk, especially with Am-Lo or TSP in it. On really bad chalky paints you can take the paint completely off. We do this on purpose before repainting a house.
Can you do it, yes. The real questions are... Should you do it? And... Are you confident in your skill level? Only you can answer that.

Thanks for the reply, what do you use for your house wash mixture?
The color of the stucko was in the original mix upon installation. The stucko job was insalled about 8 years ago and still looks perfect except for the north side.
