That softwash really made that roof you cleaned up in Tallahassee look great!
People up there in Tallahassee want softwashing done on their roof vs pressure cleaning, same as here in my part of Florida.

Markus-

I took my remaining love and thinned it down to about a 8% SH mixture to soft pressure wash this Tallahassee house. (10 gallons of 35% roof mix, and about 45 gallons of water and fresh surfactant)

In some of the heavily green area on the brick ( low to the ground), I sprayed a 15-20% SH mixture with a pump-up. Dwelled it 10 minutes and rinsed.

The soft washed rood received no rinsing.

Great looking pictures Ray. I bet the home owner was tickled pink.

That's one thing I like about my job. Some people go months or even years before they see results of their labor. Some actually never see results.

Before we go home each day we get to see the results of what we have done. I like that!

I know a lot of guy here love their pressure washers, but honestly roof cleaning pumps can make a pretty good softwash system with a little practice and knowledge!

I use a 110v electric pump, 80% of the time! My ears bleed now when I have to use a PW!
