okay here are the pictures of the vinyl horse arena. You can see the big area I treated. This tactic is leaving the costumer wanting more. I took some pictures of the inside and outside. she wants both done. also wants the fence done all the way around, any thoughts on how to price this out. the arena is ten thousand square ft on the outside and ten thousand on the inside.
Wow, 20,000 sq feet plus a fence. Sounds like you hit gold with this one. Are you thinking about charging the same sq. footage price that you would charge for a asphalt or tile roof?
Great strategy showing the owner a comparison of clean vs. stained. Did you use a version of apple cider mix for this material or something less powerful?
I used the love just diluted it down a bit, green stuff came off fast, I am going to drop the price a bit but not much. the home owner liked how good this stuff worked that they might even have another one to do out of town.
That job ought to be worth at least a hundred bucks, or so! I would guess you're using about a 10-15% SH mixture there.
Just a word of warning about that canvas/fabric style coating... while its usually chlorine safe colorwise, too strong of a solution can and will weaken the fabric strength of that material. I wouldn't ever spray something like that at more than 15%.

well I closed the deal. I can't discuss my price but I am more than pleased with the results. thanks for your thoughts on this one. I will post my after pics when done.
Good work bro, when you are experimenting with the strength of your mix start weak and increase sh as neccesary. You should have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to work and that will be the perfect strength. After your test area just spray a big portion that you can control, and mist it as neccesary to keep it from drying, and it will be a breeze.
