You can Email it  or send it on a thumb drive. We also use and Ipad when directly infront of customer.

Focus more on the cost /benefit analysis of providing comprehensive services rather than a la carte. Show them the money. Show how it's a win / win. Show what if this what if that. 

Present an overall summary and the above goal at the beginning and summarize showing how you have proved this goal at the end.
