I've started using yard signs on all of my jobs. I tell the Customer that I will take $25.00 off of their cleaning if I can put a sign up for two weeks.  I tell them that I will personally pick them up.  I do this so I can re inspect my job and make sure that they are still there.  I find that I get at least one other job in each neighborhood that I put one.  So far I haven't had any problems with any HOA'S.  Has anyone ever had a problem with their yard signs and HOA'S with signs?

Hi Al...

I see we are in the same neighborhood.

I haven't had any problems with HOA's and yard signs. I tell the customer if they get a call from the HOA to just give me a call and I'll come pick it up. Acutally I've noticed that HOA's are pretty hands off at this time. I wish they would send out letters requiring homeowners to clean their roofs. I guess the economy has everyone in a funk.

Let's have lunch one day and talk roof cleaning.

i would not take anything off the price my customers give me 1 week and if i dont pic it up they just throw it away
