I got a call from Century 21 today asking if I would be intrested in being a "Preferred Vendor" with them.
Heres the deal....
What we're doing is putting together our Customized Presentation Folders. These are the high enamel, full colored, two pocket folders that our Agents give to everyone they come in contact with for the next year (potential sellers, buyers, leasers, etc..).
We are going to be featuring One Pressure Washing Company/Roof cleaning Company on the inside pockets or backside of these presentation folders with full color 4" x 2". ads. ( see attached sample photo ).
The cost to reserve a spot on the folders is only $599 for a full years posting. We will print and distribute a minimum of 4500 full color folders over the next 1 year. Just a reminder, advertising is 100% tax deductible for business' which is another great reason to reserve your companies exclusive spot.
Please note : These spots are very limited and are going fast. We are reserving spots today and will be collecting the art work and ad copy next week.
Please feel free to call me anytime with questions on this. We look forward to featuring Florida Wash as one of our "preferred vendors" on our folders.
So...has anyone done this before? Ever heard of it? If so, what was the turn around for you.

I would find out how quickly that 4500 gets dispersed. Think of it this way--you have a high quality product that will most likely get personally hand delivered to all of those potential customers. Also more and more Realtors are telling their home sellers to clean their roof for better curl appeal.
I have never gotten as far as the handouts for century 21 but i do personally know many real estate agents, some century 21, but only a few of the agents can actually come through with getting homeowners to even consider having their home cleaned. Ive been meaning to start working with agents more often again. Let me know how these work out for you.
