I am very new to this business and still in the start up phase. I am communicating with people and have some very good leads for some roof cleanings. One job i was asked to look at has an extremely discolored tile roof. The structure of the building is pure white textured  type block. If you wet down the block first, is it possible that the SH and black fungus could get into the pores of the block and stain these blocks?

if you don't feel good about something ,  DON'T DO IT!

start with a Roof you can think you can handle with no problems!

Thank you for your input. When I was asked to look at this job, I could visualize
this almost black roof becoming bright orange again. On the way home I could also
see possible black streaks which could ruin my day. Hey, I'm sure that after I've been in the biz. for a while I'll feel more comfortable with my experience and expertise.
It feels good to have some of the nicest people I've never met looking out for my best interest. Thanks again.
