Large Nursing Home Roof Cleaning

This roof was cleaned due to the unsightly appearance and potential health concerns. The whole roof took 275gal. of cleaning solution. You mention the word mold around a nursing home or retirement commmunity, watch out, it will cause a whirlwind with residence. These roof are usually one stories and fairly easy to clean, just make sure you've got a lot of hose.

Did you measure all the roofs for square footage or did you just give them a price from experience?  I am quoting one now that is very similiar to that one. I will add a picture.

Basically just quoted from experience. I could take the time to measure but I usually know how much solution it's going to take and how long, so I just figured it that way. Cover solution and 1 ground man, then the rest is for bank account.

Nice job Shawn.  I wish I had more 1 stories that I din't have to worry about sliding off of...  How many feet of hose did you use?  Was it one continuous hose or in sections?

I used 200' of kuritec, one continous hose. There's not to much I can't get with 200'.
