I did a search for eagleview and didn't see anyone mention this site before.  I use eagleview.com for estimating roof replacement on really steep roofs.  They break everything down for you. eves, pitch, valley etc in square feet and linear feet plus arial pics.

Might work nice for some commercial projects your bidding to save you time on measuring etc.

If it's a combo job with gutters and roof cleaning, you will have all the measurements you need.

May not be super cost effective, but worth mentioning.

That would help if you were going strictly by sq. ft. If you go out to the home you usually know how much solution it will require, how long it take, and your costs. If you added this price for the dimensions in the job or estimate it would be worth it, otherwise not to practical for the costs.
