Midtown offers a written guarantee against the return of unsightly roof stains caused by Gloeocapsa magma or any other strain of algae, moss or lichen for a period of three years with a full roof cleaning. A full roof cleaning is defined as the total surface area of the roof.

We are able to offer this guarantee because our safe, no pressure roof cleaning is in compliance with the cleaning recommendations of asphalt shingle and tile roof manufacturers, the American Roof Manufacturer’s Association and the Roof Cleaner’s Association of America.

Any cleaning under the guarantee period that continues to be unsatisfactory will be corrected in a reasonable timeframe; or, at contractor’s discretion, a refund of the full amount pertaining to the area in question may be returned, but not to exceed the contract price. Contractor assumes no liability for any perceived consequential or inconsequential damages to interior of structure unless gross negligence is established.

This guarantee does not cover stains caused by the accumulation of debris such as results from normal tree shedding or strong winds or the physical attachment of such debris to homes such as resulting from extreme wind conditions.

Rust stain removal is not covered by this warranty unless otherwise noted or unless gross negligence is established.  Roof stain removal is not a solution against further instances of rust and we do not offer it as such.
