This was my first paying job. I have made several post prior to cleaning this one.

1. Customer demanding it be rinsed. (Educated her and we did not rinse)
2. Was the law suit threat......

The finished pictures were about 1.5 hours of dwell time without a rinse. You can see where it is still killing the growth

My mix was
30 gl SH
1/3 gl Ammx lo
96 oz alc (91%)
4.5lbs TSP
25 gal H2o

Used my new Delevan 5850 I bought from Lori and the tips as well, and used a 5/8 hose.

The next day we had a very good rain.....I'm going to swing back by next week for more pictues.

Looks good! 1 piece of advice: Those roof jacks need to be bagged before you spray, you can see in the before it is nice and gray, and in the after it is totally rusted. I have my guys bag and duct tape them. It is only needed on that type of metal, i dont know what it is, but it rusts really fast.

You might have to hit those spots, but she won't sue you she is probably just scared from being scammed in the past. Take care of her and you might have a great repeat customer.

I think that is way too much SH especially if it was close to fresh.
I would NEVER use more SH than water.

SH is ruff stuff better to apply twice than to use that strong, especially in the FLA heat. The neighbor might have been a PITA, but those fumes had to be "killer", lol pun intended.

Personally I use the lowest strength that works in a 10 minute dwell.
For my SH thats about a 3 part water to 1 part SH mix, especially if I'm using a fair amount of AM-Lo (hangtite)

But then I've learned like you the hard way. Half of Sun City is like that guy and I work in Sun City A LOT!
