I want to thank you Chris for taking the time to go through the lengthy process of certifaction. I figured I was well prepared not only from all the excellant information shared here by truly experienced, trained and sharing professionals. But also the trails and problems I have encountered while on the job.' I discovered I was only about 85% ready. Chris can bring things up that I haven't considered. I made the call while driving. Not expecting Chris to answer and have two hours to spend with me. Yes. Two hours. Lots of questions. My advice is. Use the search button, over and over. Study and study some more. Get your equipment together and do some work. Prepare for the test, learn chemicals, ratios, different ways to approach situations. Deal with the public. Learn how to answer their questions and erase their concerns. Thanks Again!
