Ok got 2 big jobs! The only thing is the roof comes down at  a 45 . That is not a problem the problem is that right under this is 7 BLACK awnings cover in mold! No doubt over spray will get on them and they dont want to take them down! Not only that they would like to have them cleaned as well and they are black and COVER IN MOLD!

Has anyone ever ran in to this?

Do a test spot for color fastness on them in a non obvious place, you may be ok ?
Then clean them, using a diluted roof cleaning solution.
To be real safe, KEEP awnings wet during roof cleaning process.

Ok will do and thanks Chris,I will let you know how it works,we are not able to go do the job til tuesday! We are booked up with roofs! $$$ Did 2 today! Sun came out and the phone is ringing off the hook! Thank god!

turned out great,had ground guy run water over them the hole time we were around them so no over spray got on them!
