So I am personally attempting to clean my roof on my own since not having anyone available here in so. cal.  Can I seal my concrete roof tiles after a good cleaning?
Can I color it as well? I have only heard of this when they use a pressure washer to clean the roof.  Is that same concept applicable since I will be soft washing?
