Ive used a pump up sprayer with a really hot mix ( Fast results!) Then you need your ladder, water hose to rinse, respirator, eye protection, and gloves....

Ive considered rolling out my roof hose just to keep the homeowners from getting ideas after seeing the pump up sprayer.

If you can get away with it do the demo in a VERY visible spot. Make sure theyre reminded everyday!
