This is so huge I don't think anyone has read it completely.

Rule of thumb do not let anything get to the street. This includes running down a driveway.

As noted, try to prevent run off from making it into drainage culverts if possible. Remember, our drinking water has SH in it, so it has been my thoughts if it is watered down properly it shouldn't matter. The city where I live uses SH when pressure washing the gutters and curbing and walkways around city hall.
