How do yall make your sales persons really want to make quota?????

We do $100.00 to anyone that makes quota and $100.00 to the first one who does it that week.

You seem to be a marketing expert/nut.  I like the incentives for your salesmen BUT....  How do you keep em honest?  Don't you worry that they might start to "short sell" jobs just to get the job?  I worry that the a $500 job will be sold for $400. 

How do you structure your pay for your guys?
