It is cold as hell here in Pittsburgh.........just thinking about cleaning roofs for next year all ready!!
I would like to compile a professional porfolio so I can have it with me when talking to customers. I will have before and after's obviously, however, I would like some pieces in there to help overcome most objections that customers have..........zinc strips, roof be gone and all the other crap that they may have heard about.
I plan on have those little plastic paper protectors and be able to flip through when need.
Any thoughts or links would be appreciated.
Have a great day, Brad

Well the argument of non-pressure vs. pressure is undisputable. Zinc strips don't completely work like they're supposed to, don't have any articles about that though. I had pictures of a roof with zinc strips and stains under them, if I can find it I will send it to you.

i work for a roofing comapny, i told our field rep to look and shop for a roof cleaning company for a customer, here are some of key points we looked for. 1. knowledge on safe cleaning such as protecting plants and home owners property. 2. knowledge on roofs, thier type, example, how to walk on them and how not to compromise the integrity of it's warranty in place. 3. warranty for your job.
the guy we hired had a beat up truck when he showed up, but he knew what he was doing.
hope this helps, rick
