This has been working quite well for me this week. Really aimed at contractors who can clean this time of year. I have been using the following:

Emailing/Mailing and flyer (ing) a 10% discount for folks who have me come out before they put the christmas lights up.
"Don't illuminate your dirty roof"

Just a little something that has been working lately.
