PLEASE READ: New Password for 'In The Shade'

So where is and how do I get to "In the Shade"??
Also on the homepage it talks about a chat feature at the bottom of the forums. Can't find that also..HELP

In The Shade is one of the forums on the main page.
It is a private forum, password protected.
The password is rcia in LOWER Case.
I disabled the chat, no one was using it.
Can turn it back on, if people want ?

Pardon, my question and anyone feels its out of place, please excuse me but I just have to ask since any way I look at it it doesn't seem to make (COMMON) sense?

So, if the area of IN THE SHADE is password protected and yet the password is PUBLICALLY displayed and available for all to see on the forum, what is the purpose of making it private?

With the password in PUBLIC view, ANY homeowner or property owner can open up that section and see all the stuff that we want to be KEPT private? confuse confuse confuse
