I do!! Here is a flyer I'm working on, this is the house we did last week and I'm making this flyer for that area only.
let me know if you guys think I should add something else I try to keep every thing sinmple.

The flyer looks good,but let me ask you a question. Did you take the after pic. before it rained & really cleaned the roof? It looks that way to me because of the light streaks I see. Just an obsevation. It`s happened to me before. Kipp

I took them after I spray the roof. it's been raining around here once it clear I'll go back and take more after pictures like I said I'm working on it... good point thank you!!

Looks great I would say something about it being no pressure roof cleaning though. Also remember if you are sending them threw the mail you need to have an area for the postage. Address and thing like that have to spaced a certain amount from the bottom and side so when they scan the mail.

I like teh new flyer. I like the idea you are making it up for that area. That way, the peope can drive by the house and look to see what you did. Great Idea.

I would replace the word Chemical with cleaning solution. Chemicals conjure up bad images. Mostly from Hollywood but bad images none the less.
