As you can see the Winter temperatures are mild here In New Jersey along the coast line.
I am going to attempt to work this Winter on a sunny, 40 degree day with calm winds. I know the cleaner will work, and it will have plenty of time to dwell with out drying out from the heat.
The problem I'm facing will I be able to persuade the home owner to have this service done during the Winter, because if you compare it to pressure washing they will not clean during the Winter.
Please tell me how to distant the two of them from one another, and any other advise you would have on marketing roof cleaning during the Winter?
Please keep in mind the average temperatures listed above, don't just automatically say it can't be done, because I don't want to hear it. ...LOL
