Here in Florida, a year is all you want to  go, especially on a Tile Roof Cleaning.

Tried two years, got burned!!!

I was wondering if any one has a disclaimer on the vegetation? We will use due care in the cleaning of your property, but we can not be responsible for damages that may occur.
I know on the little stuff like a few chunks of sod or a bush, we would just replace them. If the poop hits the fan and you kill alot of stuff this may help. Also do you guys have disclaimers against roof leaks? In the past I have been measuring a roof for an est. and the HO will try and say the roof was not leaking until I or one of my workers got up there. It is amazing what some people will try and get away with.
