the rcia has given me alot im glad i can give something back one week ago i put 8oz of ammonyx Lo in one gallon of pure SH i tested it today and it is just as strong as a gallon with nothing added so my conclusion is ammonyx Lo is a true chlorine stable surfactant with the same strenth as NP9 i also works very well on windows cost is about $12 a gallon which is about $6 per 100 gallon mix. which makes it cheeper than using dawn and it wont kill your mix call lori she can get it for you

I understand NP9 is difficult to rinse off. I would like to know what the roof looks like after applying the ammonyx Lo and if one good rain will rinse the roof and make it look good?
In other words what do we tell the customer to expect after applying the love with ammonyx Lo?

I am SOO Proud of You !!! This was my dream, when I started the RCIA. To educate an army of roof cleaners who would someday advance the roof cleaning art. I truly believe "All of us, is smarter then one of us" ! Here at RCIA, we now have "That Army Of Roof Cleaners" all working together, to make things better for all of us.
We must all continue to field test this new discovery of yours, and If I were Lori at PWP, I would get me some drums of it, and a drum pump ?
Do you HEAR me Lori ???
That way, she can sell small quantitys to anyone who needs it.
BTW, 8 ozs of NP 9 is WAY too much for 1 gallon of Chlorine, for roof cleaning use.
Great Idea, Chris! We are a chemical manufacturer. We offer everything from degreasers, oxalic acid, TSP, and NP9. I researched the Ammonyx Lo a while ago for Billy from H2O. If you are interested in trying it out. Let me know. Thanks guys! Lori

thanks for the pat on the back as far as 8oz in one gallon of SH it was just to test the effects of the ammonyx Lo if it will not hurt the SH at 8oz per gallon im not worried about 200-to-1
as for rinsing it off im didnt try because i dont rinse but it is just like NP9 so it probably wont be easy
your customers can probably expect suds just like any other sufactant it does have a great weting agent so every time it rains it will probably make alot of suds

Great question, Bill! You need a high range chlorine test kit. Regular pool test kits will flash when the chlorine is high. We do not offer them. We are literally flooded with pool supply companies down here in FL. Stay away from the yellow liquid test kit. The OTO type. They are carcinogenic. I googled and found an example of the type of test kit to use. You can spend some money if you are really serious. Aghhh.... Another thing to consider....learn how to test for combined chlorine. It will give you the amount of available chlorine in your mix.

Yeah, I figured as much personally, just wanted to be sure a newbie did not read part of the thread, and use THAT much!
And, tell your customers your roof cleaning product KEEPS on cleaning
Whew! I apologize for the delay in offering Ammonyx Lo and the Frangrance. I need to put in place the methodology for shipping chemical. We have kept chemicals within our state in the past. I would like to offer the gallons of Ammonyx Lo and Fragrance by Florachem. What sizes do you think you guys are interested in? I finally found the MSDS for Ammonyx Lo. What sizes for Florachem?
We have been manufacturing chemicals for years and delivering it FREE of charge to FL businesses. I want to branch off and help to get the chemicals to you at the lowest pricing out there. I would like to offer them with the RCIA approval. I have spoken wiht Chris Tucker about it. I am interested in donating a portion of the proceeds back to RCIA. What do you think? Your ideas are welcome. Please email or PM me if you think that it applies.
Thank you,
Lori
PS I attached the MSDS for Ammonyx Lo to this post. Seems harmless compared to Hydroflouric!

I dont know If any one is interested but here is a link to a Pommy (English) site that has formulations for Thickened Bleach using Amonyx Lo etc in it, there are hundreds of formulation sites like this around, it is interesting to see what they are putting in their stuff to make bleach cleaners etc. http://www.surfachemgroup.co.uk/thickened-bleach
a lot of them use Sodium Hydroxide in there formulations even in small amounts it must be doing something for them to put in (PH booster may be) I whish there was a chemical supermarket near by, I would be filling the back of the ute up with all sorts of stuff then coming home and playing mad scientist with all the chems to see what works
