That is a lot of liability to house that much chemical at once, as well.

That is federal law not state. Check out the DOT requirements, and look for a supplier that has a local delivery route.

You may even be able to set it up so that the supplier delivers the chem to the job location the day of the job. My supplier has offered to do that for me before. It sounds like you are going to be buying a lot of chemical at one time. Use that for leverage and see if they will do that.

Are you planning on using all that in the next 30 days??
You might want to test it's strength first, what if they sell stale SH?? Then you just wasted tons of money on salt water. Remember the shelf life and get a test barrel to check out new distributors.
