what kind of roof is that. can't tell but i can tell you this, it is not a 900 dollar job. it looks like a two coat-er. so double you love when you figure it out...i need more pic to give est.but just shooting from the hip 3200.00
If I were you I would have 2 gound guys on this one. What is the square footage on this? Looks to me like it would be in the 2 - 3k range. This one is going to take you longer because of all the vegitation.
Hey, I am new to the site and have no roof cleaning experience yet. However, I do have a lot of estimating experience. "Roof Cleaning Wallace" is probably closer to the final cost. You must take into consideration accessibility, time of day, location, client base (potential), etc. What time of the day will you be doing the job? Golf courses have long hours and a lot of people in and out. GC's take a lot of pride in their landscaping so you don't want to screw that up. How many ground guys will you have? How will you barrier entry and exit? Take into account working with GC staff on this. What day of the week? There are a lot of business people going through the course. How will you advertise while you are there and after you leave. Any way, just some food for thought when you get the variety of numbers from the great people here.
MR DAN, at 150 a sq, replacing just one apron would be a minimum of 2500 in the U.S.A ...if you look closer there are several aprons.replacing those roofs would be in the tens of thousands of U.S dollars...

got this commercial job coming up at a golf club in my region...
any advice on what price you guys would put on this job??
what do you recommend i charge, keep in mind i am the only guy doing non pressure in my region...
Determine your sq. ftg. as close as possible. Count the shingles and multiply x 6" to determine hieght. Then just walk the distance off to get the length Just getting close would be a huge help and not hard to do. Also it looks like you will need to consider your time to clean spalter from the windows.
With what pictures your showiing, I would go with 2800 -3400.00 price range, and if there is pictures that are not showing more, I would even be 500.00 on top of that at least. If you can get all angles could give you more help.
GOOD GRIEF.. 900, how about 3-5000$$$, sombody's been sniffing to much SH up in thier bucket, you did say a GOLF CORSE. They have the money, From my exp in construction that would be a 40,000-50,000$ roof replacment just from what I can see in the pic's. Hope this helps.
200 gallons and a bucket truck on the job for $900?? You could make more renting out the truck for the day!!
Are you gonna rinse the glass.
Customers are going to be there or your cleaning at night. You gonna bring lights as well for $900?? Ground men?? 3hrs.??
That outdoor deck have carpet?? Is it wood?? Do they have water access you can use or do you have to bring it?? How close is the pond?? How old is the paint on the wood siding??
If the pond is nearby 200 gallons of love will kill all the fish!!
That will require catching all the love that comes down and if it is right next to the building I would rinse the roof and reclaim all the chem with a wet vac.
The EPA requires that every fish, frog, snake and amoeba be captured and quarantined in it's own isolated aquarium to avoid elevated stress levels lol. Good thing this job is Down Under lol
