We were contacted a couple of weeks ago from the YMCA corporate office in Tampa Fl, about Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning for one of their locations in Palm Harbor Florida. The Cleaning consisted of Concrete Walkways, Pressure Washing the entire exterior of the building, Curb Cleaning and Cleaning portions of their Shingle Roof that were heavily infested with mold and algae. We also cleaned all of the outside of their windows. Keep in mind, this entire building is over 30,000 square ft. and their were tons of windows. Lets just say my wife never wants to Clean another pane of glass. LOL...We arrived at 6:00am Sunday morning and completed the entire job by 3:00pm. Thank God for my wife and for great employees. Without them we never could have gotten it all done in one day.
Thanks Nick. I'm really hoping that they were pleased with the way it all came out. We didn't take too many after pictures. We were so wore out I think we all forgot. It really did look like night and day difference.
Wow Larry that is a serious amount of glass! Did you use a regular house wash for the glass too or did you do them separately after the building exterior was done?
I have never had to do anything with that much glass before. I know the house wash can leave spots. Adding a rinse aid seems to help, but nothing does better than a squeegee afterwards. I don't envy your wife!

The whole building was washed with a regular DS'ing of House Wash mix and Pressure Washed first Brian. After that the windows were done separately with a Lambs Wool and squeegee that I picked up from HD. There are a ton of window mixes out there from window professionals but we used one that I had gotten years ago from a window washer and it has always done good. All it is, is 2-3gals of water, a few squirts of Dawn dish Soap and aprox 2oz of simple green. Works every time. In fact 2 people came out and asked my wife what she was using and said the windows were coming out great.
