If you cover plant life on a hot day, especially American Boxwoods, make sure you do not Bake Your Clients Plant Life to Death!!! SHC kills but heat kills to. It gets pretty hot underneith a brown tarp and twice as fast if you are using clear plastic. Like an Easy Bake Oven!
Prewater and work fast.. The sooner you uncover your plants the better.. Watch out for SHC dripping on the plants before and after you uncover!
I have killed just the back of a American Boxwood. It cost me $180.00 plus tax for a New 20 pound covered burlap and I had to help replant the SOB... Lesson Learned!!! Chemical dripping from a leaky gutter after I uncovered!
