Just did a search on that address and found out that I was in that sub division passing out flyers. I actually spotted that roof and he is right on the main corner of that subdivision entrance. What a spot for for showing what we can do.

I did a roof & as I was driving out of the neighborhood I spotted a house & cars in the drive way. Woman was interested but said her & husband were on there way to a graduation. Gave her an estimate of $ 400.00. 10 minutes down the road the husband called & said do the job. I need to carry a stapes button. THAT WAS EASY. Took 2 hours with alot of talking to HO. Got to love the LOVE. Kipp

Here is the house I bid on today. Owner is deployed so I will not know till later. Bid roof stain removal, house wash and gutter cleaning. Rear of the home is going to be difficult as there is a pergola on the deck running almost the entire length of the upper section. May have to screw a sheet of plywood and 2x4 on the top to get ladder up there.

The reaction from his son was WOW I thought just the roof would be that much. I did not bid it cheap and it may be that the people here are thinking that it is much more expensive to have their roof cleaned.

I also stopped at a box store and we are working on a building wash. After that I was driving around and spotted a large roof that needs cleaning. It turned out to be a assisted living center and she immediately took me outside and wants a building wash to get rid of mold build up, especially on the window sills.
