I went to a couple of medical buildings yesterday and talked to them about roof cleaning. I told them that I didn't think the mold and algae growing on their roof was very good for their patients and that I could get rid of it. We will see if they are interested.
I did a demo for a doctors office here last week. Its close to 10000 sq ft of roof. The demo went great and they now have a clean spot right where they park. Well see how it goes he wants to have an insurance adjuster look at it to make sure he cant he get a free roof bc of hail damage. It looked fine to me except for it being a tan roof that is now black!
Whats nice with a lot of medical parks is that there walkable roofs and a lot of them! LOL. I gave a proposal last week and they called today for a demo . Do them on a Sunday theres limited activity. Oh i almost forgot don't use the word MOLD scares the sh-t out of people

Some of them only have a 6-8' fron face hiding the flat roof and can be shot from the ground.
Yea mold is not right. What is growing is not actually mold but algae. Now if there is some on the siding then that is a good chance to be mold. Throw that in also.
