I just got off the phone with a small screen printer locally here and I am going to go talk to him on Monday to see what all he has the ability to do for me/us. I mentioned to him about the group but did not give a name and I am going to discuss with him the possibility of giving RCIA members discounts. Maybe especially on small quantities for the startups.
I will let you know on Monday evening what I find out. In the mean time I would like to have some idea of the amount of interest for this. I know he does yard signs and magnetic signs but he may be able to do much more.
Give me some ideas of what you are looking for and maybe some ideas of what you would like to see the pricing at. Be reasonable on this as he is a small business also.
I did a search for magnetic signs and vistaprint.com has 12 x 18 signs for 9.99 50% off. They also have 250 business cards free. Might as well get them.

$12.99 for a yard sign is absolutely absurd! DO NOT pay that for a yard sign. Basically ANYWHERE else has them cheaper. For the cheapest, PM me.
Check out CustomSignBanner.com 18x24 is 100 for $152.00 one color thats $1.52 ea. with stakes, there silked screened on plastic sometimes when you see expensive ones there vinyl lettering on plastic not worth it if your just posting them here & there
12.99 per sign!!! Wow. For me my jobs are spread out sometimes 30 miles or better from my shop. It could 1 day or 2 months before I am back in the same area. I ask the home owner to give me a week before taking it down. If it last that long between kids playing/messing with it and the weekly grass cutting I am lucky. Consider them disposable and buy accordingly. Just a thought.

I am buying some 11x18s from a guy locally. 50 2 colors 1 side with Stands will be $150. The only problem is there service stinks. Ive been trying to get them for 3 weeks. I wound up designing them b/c they couldnt make my logo work and they had my phone # wrong on the first proof! BUT they do signs for EVERYONE around here and there work is good (when they get it done)
Ive used vista print for business cards. They turned out great and were cheap. Ive also used adeasprinting. I think they have fair prices and their service is good.
I also have a couple of 4x8 A frame signs. I would love to find a dirty roof at subdiv. entrance then have some ROOF CLEANING SATURDAY signs made. Maybe cut them little better deal to set this sign out a week ahead and leave it for a few days after.
Wouldn't it be better for our own communities if we looked around and found the someone local to do all this stuff for us ? Who knows, the person who owns the company could one day need his roof cleaned.. We should all try to spend our dollars wisely, and locally. Why help a company who knows how far away to do well, and in the mean time some local "small " company goes out of business.
