The best way I have found to let people know about the service we offer is direct mail. A day that I have off, I will drive around mostly in nicer neighborhoods, where people have the money to spend on keeping their home up. Get a little recorder, record the address, go back home, write them down. Then you can either come up with a postcard, mailer, flyer, whatever is more effective for you, and then get them sent out. If want to look professional and get peoples attention, have a mailing company do it. If you are tight on cash, then do it yourself. The internet is a great tool also.
