Eric, Take out the tsp and the alcohol. now your getting into a House Wash situation where you need a House Wash mix and method. Also be careful of her paint. Your best bet would be to downstream the mix using your pressure washer followed by a lite rinse to remove the dirt and dead mold residue. you CAN use a Roof Cleaning pump to apply the mix but it can be tricky. Too Strong of a mix will mess up painted surfaces and windows and a weak mix/ not strong enough and you will be defeating the purpose.
