How Long Does Bleach Last?

Ok so how long does it typically last? And is there a way to tell if its old?

My local Chem Store Told me it last 3 Weeks. I was going to buy 2 or 3 55 gal drum

I've used month old SH and just mixed it a bit stronger. But what you have is way too old for anything. {Except Chris' cabbage cooking idea!}

A month is about the practical limit for "reviving" OLD Bleach/Chlorine
Much older then that, and all it is is Salt Water.
better to start over.
Here is why.
The MORE Salt in the solution, the more it KILLS Plants.
Why add salt water, when you can add FRESH water ?

Don't be lazy, dump that old�stuff out, and start over smile
