I have been using iprint.com for my business cards. Just bot 500 full color cards for my wife for under $35 including shipping. I have attached a sample I have of my cards. I was going to do phone service and I need to change mine. 2 sided full color for around $55 for 500 including shipping. They also have shirts and other things available.
