     guys, thought I would share this after speaking with Jim over at JC SoftWash. 
I frequently see commercial buildings that need a good roof wash. however, when driving, i usually don't have time to find paper and write down the property addrress. A few months ago, I invested $30 in a digital voice recorder, and now carry it with me wherever I go. When i see a prospect, i record it (takes about 5 seconds) then review all my voice notes at the end of each week and follow-through with them. it has made life much easier. Hope this helps!

That is a great idea.

A lot easier than trying to write things down as you drive, just talk and then later on write it down.
