Here are a few more pics of some Florida Tile and Shingle Roofs we have Cleaned. Some of these were Cleaned in Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole and Palm Harbor Florida.

Yes Chris, all of those were done by All Surface Pressure Cleaning Inc. and were done using a Non Pressure Roof Cleaning method. Thank you for the kind words Chris. How are things ove in Brandon florida. You keeping busy Cleaning Roofs?

I find it absolutely amazing at the number of calls I have been getting lately from customers who have called other Roof�Cleaners or ones who call themselves Roof Cleaners. My own customers have told me some nightmare stories of how some of these guys don't have any answers for them when asked very simple questions. I've also gotten a # of calls from people who have had their Roofs Cleaned less than a year ago and they are already getting moldy again. I know we have had a rainy season but the ones I've seen were real bad. I'm sure none of these Tile and Shingle Roofs were done with any Chems. I've also seen a bunch with broken Tiles from previous Roof Cleanings. Some of these guys have really made a mess of things and customers are very leary of having their Tile and Shingle Roofs Cleaned again. When I explain our process they feel much more at ease and I have been picking up many new roof Cleaning Clients. Its too bad some of these folks have learned the hard way when it comes to having their Roofs Cleaned properly.

This is a�Tile Roof�we�Cleaned yesterday in Saint Petersburg in�the Pasadena�Yaht�and Golf Club�community . The people who own the house had gotten 2 other bids before mine. One said he wouldn't touch it because it was too steep�and unwalkable on and that they would need to use a lift bucket to Clean the Roof and it would probably be a 2 day job. Another said that the Tiles would probably need to be replaced because they were so black with Mold. And these people call themselves Roof Cleaners? LOL... We performed a Non Pressure Roof Cleaning on this roof and Cleaned it in 1hr and 20 minutes. No lift bucket, walked the whole Roof and it cleaned up just fine. Needless to say the customer was very pleased with the results. One or two good rain storms and as usual, all the dead�Mold residue will be rinsed�right off leaving this Tile Roof looking probably better than it did the day it was put on.�They had been getting letters from their H/O association to clean it up and now they don't have to worry anymore. Here are a few pictures of the job. The pictures came out a bit on the dark side because of the lighting. I hate trying to get pics when the sun is shining directly at me.

Thanks Chris. My Bad for not mentioning you. This is actually the Tile Roof Cleaning Job that you refered to me. The lady who called actually lives in Miami. She had called you about Cleaning the Tile Roof and you were backed up with work---as always---. Thank you for having her call me. They were very pleased with the way the Roof came out. Roof Cleaning in Tampa HAS slowed down because it is Christmas Time.
Roof Cleaning work�will pick up the second week in January, as always, when the Christmas Lights come down.
We will NOT Clean roofs with Christmas Lights on them, although we have been asked to!
Too much liability.
IF the roof cleaning chemical shorts out the lights, a fire hazard could occur.
I actually have several roof cleaning jobs booked as soon as my customers take the decorations down.

I actually just picked up a Tile Roof Cleaning in Belleair this morning. They have their lights up. They have gutters all around the whole house and the lights are clipped to the gutter. Shoudn't be a problem. I've done it before. Just gonna be careful. We also have to Clean her circular Driveway and Pool deck as well as a few concrete walks. She originally called me to Clean a Pool Deck and Enclosure and Driveway for a property on the same street. When she found out that we Cleaned 3 other Tile Roofs and Concrete on the same street she asked for an estimate for hers. I'm just glad to get some work in before Christmas. We did a Paint Prep this morning for a painter in Reddington Shores right on the water. It was a bit chilly out with the wind blowing. I'm just hoping that 2009 is a good year for all of us .

Again Chris thank you for all the referals you have given us this year. You have really made a difference for us as a company and as a friend. Again, I'll never let you down nor will I ever give Apple Roof Cleaning a bad name by doing half fast work. WE wrote up two repeat roof cleaning customers here in Valrico for after Christmas, and put in a bid on a Tampa commercial roof cleaning job on some apartments.
The apartment complex only wants two buildings roofs cleaned, total of 18 units.
But they are two story grey shingle roofs with no gutters, and lots of plants.
I have to fax in the bid for that Tampa roof cleaning job by tomorrow afternoon.
I feel good about it.
I have done roof cleaning�work for this Tampa Property Manager before.
So all three roof cleaning jobs and estimates today are all from past customers who's roof we have cleaned before.
The NEW roof cleaning business is slow, this time of year.

Thank you Chris, Here is another that we did�this past�week. This Roof was a flat painted Tile Roof in Palm Harbor Florida. It had not been Cleaned in the past 8 yrs. It could really use a new coat of paint but it's hard to tell from the street. It was covered in Black Mold with yellow Mold spores. We added a good amount od sodium hydroxide to the mix which breaks down the bond of the yellow/gold/mustard (as I call it) Mold Spores. these Spores will now be rinsed away with a good rain and will no longer be visible and this Palm Harbor Tile Roof will be even brighter than it is in these pictures.

The Hydroxide added to the tile roof cleaning mix really breaks down the bond of the algae spores.
That Palm Harbor Tile Roof is going to look even better as more and more rains re activate the roof cleaning chemical.

Yesterday was a bit of a long day for us. We had a red Clay�Tile Roof to Clean in Saint Petersburg Florida along with a Soft Wash House Wash, sufur Rust stain removal and their Circular Concrete Driveway and Walkway. We also Cleaned up a decent size aluminum shed for them which was not part of the estimate but I hate leaving stuff uncleaned especially when doing a big job. I'm sure they were surprised when they got home. Little things like that always stay in peoples minds and is great for referals.�While we were there a neighbor pulled up and asked if we would have time to Clean his�Tile Roof. Just so happens that�we Cleaned his friends Tile Roof about 2 yrs ago�in Saint Petersburg as well. It was a much smaller Roof Cleaning and I had enough material�left over so we Cleaned his Roof too. From there it was off to Ruskin which is a 40min drive to Clean a vinyl sided�home and Concrete Driveway and Sidewalks�for one of my regular customers. Normaly I wouldn't run that far out for one job but he has company coming in and it was more of a 911 situation. I had my old helper Peter working along side us yesterday so that made things a whole lot easier. Here are a couple of pictures of the first Roof Cleaning we did in Saint Petersburg. I was a bit dissapointed as some of the pictures came out a little dark but you can still see the difference

Nice work Larry, I do those little things for people also, and I believe it does get talked among the customers and the people they know. Where as they may not discuss the roof cleaning job itself,..but they will say to someone,.."Hey, I got my roof done and they also did a little more at no extra cost"
