I see that the all flo pump has a max psi @ 120.  On my ridgid compressor there is a regulator............should I have it set for 120 or less? Thank you in advance for  your time.  I also have a mini filter regulator attached.  Same thing for that?

Thanks to all who have tried to help me with my Delavan pump issues.  Today was the last straw.  Had two jobs scheduled and had my trusty "Fatboy"  ready to go.  About half way through the first job, I could feel the thing loosing power and by the end, nothing was coming  out of the nozzle.  Had...

I know there's alot of hatred for the Delevans out there. But For newer guys who read here about how terrible they are, here are a few pictures of some properties we have cleaned using the fatboy without an issue. This is just a few, and there are bigger homes, condoes, apartments, etc, that I dont have pi...

If you run a regulator to keep your delavan from starting and stopping all of the time…or even if you don’t……I would think that heat is your enemy …..right, Can you throw a bag of ice on top of you delavan to keep it cool……..maybe even install your pump in a cooler…….. This could be the dumbest question you...

I am planning on building a 3/4' ball valve assembly in the next few days. My question is this.. Does opening the valve half way, so that you can decrease the flow that is coming out the valve, in a way to control the overspray. Will this Hurt the Delavan 5850 to the point where is blows the 30 amp fuse or caus...

Hey guys im on a budget, My question is. Should I get the 12v Delavan system and a trailer? OR. Should I get the All Flow with an air compressor set up and mount in the truck? Correct me if I am wrong ,but seem the 12v pumps do not last as long.

Hey guys last week I saw a lawn spraying company with a gas powered pump mounted on his tank and I got to thinking why we should use an All-Flo air powered pump. What are the advantages/disadvantages to using a particular style pump. Thanks. Eric

okay I just read  for like two hrs on pumps. I have narrowed it down to the fatboy or the 5850. I have a budget to start out with so my  question is should I go with the fat boy and no back up or go with two 5850. one as my main pump and one as a backup.

I see that the pumps Lori is advertising are 3/8".  Is anyone using this size? How are these pumps when it comes to stalling?  I use a roller pump right now simply because they don't stall and they will push through 200' of 3/8" hose without any lacking of distance or flow.  Will these 3/8&quo...

I am curious about expected lifespan.  I have had it stop suction on many occassions.  It is fairly new (bought it in Oct 09) used it on about 12 roofs.  I have a spare, just in case (just bought it today).  I am tired of using a backpack sprayer to finish jobs!

This is a 3.5 GPM / 45 psi Max Shurflo.  I currently have a 3/4" hose for the inlet and 5/8" of 200 feet for the outlet. I'm thinking if I went down to 150 feet of hose from 200 feet of hose that maybe I'd get an extra 10 feet....that would be terrific.  Does anyone know if 50 ft really makes a differe...
